Mads
Players like Mads will try things that others won't and that will mean he'll give the ball away. But when those things come off it makes for nice goals and more entertaining football.

Really happy with today’s result but seriously frustrated in Mads. Really hope the new management team get the best out of him as there is a player in there.
He will either be made in to a key player in the team or will get binned off. A few glimmers today but in the main he doesn’t press and gives the ball away too much.
Apologies for the negativity after a much needed win but I’d rather see Holmes in there from the start

Finally win a game and people still criticising a player who did plenty right both going forward and defensively. Beggars belief this fanbase
People do nothing but complain when we pass it backwards yet slag off a player for trying something different. Also Ledson, Riis and Potts were all worse for ball retention and Thordarsson barely touched the ball but Mads is the one that gets the post about him

Players like mads are in there for what they can produce in the attacking third. Were it not for a heavy touch he would have had a potential assist for Keane.
I think Hecky and Mcall will play to his strengths and he will only get better with proper coaching

Be fair, he was fucked around all season by Lowe.Really happy with today’s result but seriously frustrated in Mads. Really hope the new management team get the best out of him as there is a player in there.

Fresh start for him now and I’m sure PH will get the best out of him.

Not his best game by any stretch but played his part in a win and never shy at looking for that defence breaking pass.Really happy with today’s result but seriously frustrated in Mads. Really hope the new management team get the best out of him as there is a player in there.

Think he’ll become a key player under a proper gaffer now.

Differences is I’m not slagging those players off. Losing the ball is part of the game, it’s about what they do when they’re on it and what they do when they lose it and every player did their job todayHmm.

Yes, nowt wrong with the ball he played through the inside right channel for Keane. It turned their defence inside out.

Winning a game doesn’t mean players aren’t in for a level of criticism if played poorly. If giving the ball away on a regular basis means ‘something different’ then you are easily pleased. As I said, only time will tell and many more games like that and he will quickly be out of the starting XI.
Thordasson certainly wasn’t as effective today and I also get frustrated with Riis due to his inability to hold the ball up.

Really hope so mate. As I said there is definitely a player in there but he is a frustrating watch. Not his best game by any stretch but played his part in a win and never shy at looking for that defence breaking pass.

I hope he comes good and we aren’t just kidding ourselves because of a few fancy touches now and again

I think Riis is quite overrated - his control is really lacking, lets hope hecklefish and his team improve him as we know he can score.Winning a game doesn’t mean players aren’t in for a level of criticism if played poorly. I didn't say Mads had a good game.

I agree. The talk of selling Keane this week was ludicrous. I’d sell Riis if we had to offload a strikerI think Riis is quite overrated - his control is really lacking, lets hope hecklefish and his team improve him as we know he can score.

And hope he gets the best out of him as we will certainly have a good asset on our hands if he doesPH seems to think he's a good un and also seems willing to accept mistakes from players trying things - this should benefit Mads.
