Can someone please tell Google that's not been our badge for about 7 years now?

Against cardiff that team makes a lot of sense. I like stockley and prefer him up there, against a side like Cardiff, before Maguire.
Never really understood this ‘matching Up’ business especially when there should be nothing really between the sides. They have big lads, we need big uns. They play it long, we need to play it long. How about they have big uns, we need small skilful ones, they pay it long, we play it short. Shouldn’t we have an ‘optimum’’ way to play with the players we have and sort of stick to that, with some tactical adjustments ?. I doubt ‘A Chinese guy (who sorry I can’t remember the name of) and the Art of War’ would have been big on ‘matching up’ and would promote a more cunning plan.

Actually though I quite like Stockley but we need to vary the play and not always look for the lazy long ball him. We’ll need some width to deliver good crosses into him with the full backs getting forward.

When stockley first came in he was winning the high balls and playing some lovely balls around the corner for runners.

If we can utilise him in this way I can see Sinclair, Browne and Barky getting in behind

Can see DJ playing deeper and Browne being asked to do the running which Stockley can't do.

Wouldn't be my choice but I could understand the logic, although it massively hampers us in the creative department which we have little of already.
Completely agree. I don't think playing browne right back one week and in the 10 the next is particularly helpful either, despite his obvious versatility.
I'd have liked to see Harrop in there today...the lineup seems to play to Cardiff's strengths rather than exploiting their weaknesses.

I agree mate

Watching this on Sky and listening to the build up, we are Sh1t and Cardiff are the Liverpool of this division, well according to the presenters.
Come on North End fecking stuff em and make them eat their words. 👍😀🤣

For anyone out of Preston I don't feel iFollow will do this weather justice - it's nuts

I mean compare our respective form and that's not far off the truth.

Massive game today. Need a scrape a win anyway possible. 3 points and we are back in it. Draw and I feel we will slip out the top 6 and that will be us done.

Dont know what you’re watching but I think they’ve been pretty neutral.

Sky’s team news has Rudd in goal but with ripley’s face. Not the first time that’s happened either

Coverage seems to be fine today.

I’m logging on and logging off at the same time.

From the comfort of my own bathroom.
