As it stands I was prepared to.put my money where my mouth was regarding Dolan whereas such an offer never even entered your feeble mindset. Indeed let's extract this out of you with specific questions
1.Did you initially contact Mark Rankine to discuss Dolan and what salary he may require?
2.Did you make an offer to Preston to pay Dolan's wages?

Barkhuizen confronted with a defender, if he is able to actually control the ball, has the natural instinct to turn around and pass the ball back or stop dead in his tracks to pass the ball sideways

Tom Barkhuizen has more end product at a higher level than Danny Mayor has at league one. Sorry, but that's just a fact.

As for Barkhuizen better than Mayor. Thanks for confirming how truly clueless you are.i repeat Mayor was and is prepared to run at defenders whereas Barkhuizen was only ever a one trick pony with zero ability to dribble past defenders. He personified the ultra negative so called "wingbacks." Had the cretin Westley not cleared out Mayor he would have gone on to play for PNE at Championship level. Certainly I take the word of ex full back Billy Jones over you anytime, who at the time said Mayor was that good in training they couldn't get the ball off him!

Even when Mayor was turning in outstanding displays against Huddersfield, Coventry and Charlton you, no doubt would have been slagging him off from the sidelines for not being "the finished article." As such it is fans like you who are culpable for destroying our youngsters.

Without credibility you'll never be anything more than the crazy old man in the corner. I know how desperately you want to matter, both to us, and to the people actually in the football world.

You choose to avoid it, or you don't have the ability to gain it. Amounts to the same thing though, your serial failure to get anything notable done.

Maybe you did make that offer. But your lack of credibility prevented it from being taken up, or for anyone believing you.

Oh and as for Mayor, he personifies your failings as a scout. A great dribbler does not inherently make a great footballer. If he was good enough to play at this level, why did not a single club ever take that chance on him when he was thriving in league 2?

Tom Barkhuizen is a better play fact.
