My last three infractions were a joke about Yoga, the post quoted and a warning to somebody not to put photos up or they could end up photoshopped. All totally vindictive and unjustified.

I defended him against your bullying and not for any decision that he may have, or may not have, taken with regards infracting anyone (including you). Like I said earlier - it's become an obsession with you that certain mods were/are 'out to get you' - I know of no evidence to support that view and I doubt that you have.

The WHOLE team had/has to agree to hand out infractions. I gave a few out myself but it wasn't until the rest of the lot had said they agreed with the action and told me to take it.

This is right. As a collective the moderators must vote whether to infract or not, if the majority decide to infract then an infraction is issued.

This selection from your numerous infractions awarded only proves that you received 3 for abuse of other posters and 1 for persistant abuse of other posters - not that there was any person 'out to get you'. Those issuing the infractions do so on the instruction of other mods after the vote is taken and names shown as issuing have no relevance other than being the person carrying out the majority vote. Some mods whilst voting for an infraction will not actually issue one as their names would appear as above and they don't want that to be known - on the other hand some mods will issue the infraction having voted against such a punishment. I believe that it is slightly different now with only the unelected mods able to issue the infraction after the majority vote.

The same people who were always at it, for trivial and spurious reasons as you well know.

Joking about Yoga isn't abuse, neither is telling people to be careful about putting photos up, the infraction for the post quoted is ridiculous for all to see. All in all, none of my last four infractions were justified, just childish acts of malice.

I dont think they do themselves any favours by only quoting one "offending" post as a reason for an infraction, then saying its really an accumulation of numerous posts to be honest with you.

If thats the case, post a selection of the offending posts when doling out the infraction. Much clearer. Thats my view anyway.

I want to see who voted and why. The mods should be accountable to the patrons 🙂
