I will actually vote for you if there was an election. You genuinely do seem keen to moderate and credit for those that do. Even if some make mistakes at times ?

Having said that, and going back to my first post, it would seem these Mods have the measure of the more 'disruptive' members of the forum and should, for that reason alone, stay on.

I can see one Mod vacancy at the next elections at least. I don't think Deany will run again next time. The rest of us?, who knows? Some days are good, some days you wonder if it's worth the hassle.

As I said earlier, I would add 1, maybe 2 at a push, extra Mods if it was my call.

I'm seeing a refreshing change in policy from the Mods of late, not scared to say how it is on the open forum, and I can only praise such a move.

As you say I can't see Deany renewing so that would leave a vacancy to fill. I'd push for someone like BigMarkLeonard to stand to cement the current crop.
