Out of those listed I'd take Billy if all were available.

Something we need right now is a bit of organisation, players to know what's expected of them and an end to the general sense of pointlessness. No doubt he'd bring that.

Someone else who I think would do all this, and without the baggage of the wee man, is Stuart Baxter. Suppose I'll be the first to mention him.

Apparently, he's an adviser to Andreas Alm at AIK, the club he took into the Champions League all those years ago.

Pair him up with a younger man (such as Grezza) to take over in 2-3 years and this could work IMO

Could do alot worse than Iain Dowie.
....worse maybe, but not a lot worse.

Hearts and minds. I want Alexander, but fear we need experience, and he needs more time to get that.

So I have joined the Billy fan club, nothing against him, except that he left. Can't see it though. We are too small for him, and Ridsdale would not want the hassle that comes with him. So after that Sean O' or the Jones boy. I would have to interview to decide, but it may have already gone the way of the ex-northender, and just be awaiting a decent interval and interview with Uncle Trev.

Shaun Gregan please.
PNE legend and hero. He was an inspirational captain too who stood no nonsense from players or fans, giving praise when due and a bollicking when due.

I`ve voted davies but doubt it purely as he wants shitloads of cash for transfers, always insists on david...gardening leave kelly. also he is a 2 faces so and so and applied and was interviewed for many jobs whilst in charge here last time and alledgedly behind the clubs back.
if he came back it would be exactly the same......we would be nothing than a stepping stone back into management for him till something else came up. I think it may well be the ex care worker who gets the job despite rumours of bust ups while at baaadiff
