this particular statements timing may be odd but reading the mission statement in the link have to say how refreshing and how open and genuine the guy sounds at least the fans know the plan and time scale. vastly different from mr shaws approach !
 
It's pretty obviously going to be an attempted wind-up for DF.

Think he might find he's shooting himself in the foot.

Reading it, he actually has what a lot of people are crying out for here, open frank assessment of what has happened and his plans. But he also spells out the home truths about finances etc.

Yeah and after reading that, having some completely thick fans is obviously not exclusive to PNE. The bit about the supporter shouting abuse at him from the stand when he was sat in the directors box rings a few bells. I mean how can any Peterborough fan have a go at him after what he has done for their club? Unbelievable.

No one is sure what it is about but its heavily rumoured to be about Darren Ferguson and his departure from the club. The chairmen is a very fiery character and i expect it to be a very confrontational statement. It should really spice up things for tomorrow (still expect us to lose though) see you guys later

Bloody marvellous if you ask me. Just what football needs if it's the case. Bit of passion, OTT personalties and tit for tat media battles to get the crowds.
