Fucking hell, what next?
PNE fans must follow the example of Leeds fans.
Our own song should have been Moonriver or land of hope and glory...
I'm sure the lyrics would have been absolutely cringeworthy.
All those drugs you have been given in hospital must have affected your brain Heather!
Personally I think Thor has improved his thinking in this area, as he normally comes out with a load of bollocks. 😉
+1. Copy nothing they do!
Well they do travel in massive numbers
We dont
They do sing quite loudly
We dont
They do sing their own songs
We dont
In fact if we had such fans as Leeds Utd do, and we dont, I would be very happy. :gentry:

The best way to improve the atmosphere at Deepdale is if the North End fans started copying the Leeds fans who IMO are the best fans in the country.
We could customise some of their songs for our own use like :
Marching on together,
we're gonna see you win,
na na na na na na,
we are so proud,
we shout it out loud,
we love you,
PEE,
EN,
EEE!!
or
Where Leeds sing :
We are Leeds, we are Leeds, we are Leeds etc
We could get the same rythm useing the last part of our name ie:
We are End, we are End, we are End etc
These are just two examples of many songs the Leeds fans sing which creates a top atmosphere at Elland Rd. He'res hoping that in time the north end fans can do the same.
Are they prescribing crack at RPH now Thorski?

I would be gutted if we had such fans as filthy Leeds they are the scum of the earth. I am proud to be Prestonian and follow the club with pride. Your put down is disgusting. Instead of complaining about your fellow fans what have YOU done to improve the atmosphere you complain about? Why people moan about it instead of doing something is beyond me the fault is all their own.

This is indeed the least enjoyable post I've seen for some time. And there has been quite some competition.
It's also bollocks. We do travel in very good numbers, and away from home, we make better noise than most.

Well done Joan. 😕
My signature is a chant that Shaky and The Bint sang at Southampton a few years ago, I put it there when Shaky died, I think of him (and Katie) and that day with fondness and a smile every post I make.

Whenever people disagree with me they always end up looking silly in the end.
I garruntee the chavs on the kop will be belting out "Marching On Together" a the top of their spotty little voices within a month of the season starting.
And you will all be joining in.

I like this. A lyrical masterpiece. I bow to you Mr Thor.

And you're trying to compare PNE's travelling support to that of Leeds? The absolute non stop noise and adulation they give to their team. Even when they're getting slaughtered, they sing and chant non stop, home or away.
No one is bigging up the notorious past of Leeds Utd fans here, but you have to admire their resolute support for their team in whatever division they have found themselves to be in.
It isn't nice to be sat in Deepdale, only to be out sung by just about every Tom, Dick and Harry team that brings a following. It's bloody embarrassing. It's no picnic having to see the ticket sales for away games at Burnley and Blackpool not sold out. We could NOT sell a 1700 ticket allocation for Doomfield and only had around 2000 at Burnley the last time we played these two clubs away. These figures are a joke, when you consider what they have brought to Deepdale in recent years.
Since the demolition of the old Town End, the atmosphere has died. And that's a very sad but undeniable FACT.

Absolute quality Thor!
Am I the only one on your wavelength?
We are End, we are End, we are End indeed.
Select the most appropraite one ladies and gentlemen.

There isn't even a hint of a comparison between Leeds' support and ours in his post.
And you clearly weren't at Bloomfield for that cold November, Monday night, televised game. Or you would know that we DID sell out.
You've been brainwashed by the cunts on AVFTT
No need to mention our support at the Dingles either. We all know the circumstances and feeling throughout the club at that time. Plus the game was on BBC2.
I've witnessed the dingles bring only 2500, for a saturday afternoon, un-televised game, a few seasons back.
