Half way through and I have to say this is the most human interview that has come out of the club in a long time.
Every credit to him for coming on (do think you should have pushed him on the wording of the refund clause though)

Really good to hear him confirm that TH has final say on every decision.
Hopefully people will stop slating posters who mention this
I can't believe anyone thought otherwise TBH.
Excellent episode that gents. And credit to Peter, didn't shy away from anything and I guess laid a lot out there that answers a bunch of questions and explains their rationale. Fair enough people are free to criticise the approach but at least they've put it on the record

I still don't trust him.
With the lies he's told about the T&C's, the training ground & the rewarding loyalty of ST holders from last season until I see what I want to in black & white my money is staying in my pocket.

Yeah really good lads
I really like his passion and commitment to the club.
Of course Nugent wasn't Neil's signing.
And I was quite surprised at his answer to the question on the relationship between him and Alex Neil, I thought he was slightly cagey which maybe is a reflection of the amount of frustration coming towards him at our inability to secure targets.
Overall what more can you ask, good comms and direct to the support every credit lads 👍🏻

Possibly in hindsight but to be fair I think he clarified the approach the best he could.
The human element was deliberate, we didn't want it to feel "us against them" because what's the point? I think he spoke from the heart which is all you can ask really for two lads without any media training and somehow we keep winging it 😂
Nah it was good. Well done.Possibly in hindsight but to be fair I think he clarified the approach the best he could.

FWIW I genuinely enjoy the podcast.

Nice one Paddy, took a lot of preparation after we got heads up at the weekend it was happening but just hope we asked the questions that people wanted answering.

Really good interview, asked all the right questions. 👍
Most dispiriting bit for me was towards the end when Ridsdale said that - depending who it was - we may not need to replace them if one of the Big 4 left.
This is where we go wrong every time we lose a "big" player.

Agree that Storey and Ledson would be probable replacements - although I imagine that Bayliss is Gallagher's long term replacement.

You may consider those to be adequate replacements. I don't.we've known for years!

Browne started as many games as Pearson and Davies last season.

of course i dont think they're adequate, just dont be surprised at ridsdales answerYou may consider those to be adequate replacements. I don't.

browne is a back up right back/centre mid/10/ and can put a shift on one of the wide places, for the sake of himself needs to clam a position - harrop contributed more in fewer games last season if you want to see it like that

Wasn't there a stat on twitter today or yesterday that Browne and Johnson combined have been involved in almost half of our goals the last two seasons. Will try and find it but seems to suggest he contributes
If our 10 is having that kind of impact we are playing the right style. Just need a proper 9.Wasn't there a stat on twitter today or yesterday that Browne and Johnson combined have been involved in almost half of our goals the last two seasons.
