To be fair, the women recently got promoted to Tier 5, so I'm sure they have more opportunities to sign more women from other teams whose contract expired, women teams from football clubs getting shut down (examples like Durham, Forest Green Rovers, Barnsley, etc.), or the tryouts from a few months back.
