Preston North End Women Close to Promotion

The Preston North End Women are doing very well as they're wrapping up their season next month. The upcoming games against Bolton Wanderers Women Reserve away and Penrith at home will be tough games, but if they continue at this pace, they may be promoted to Premier. They recently had some big wins against Bolton Wanderers Women Reserves and Haslingden Ladies, so hoping their winning streak continues.

They really are in pole position to be promoted, Bolton reserves are top but they can’t be promoted as their first team are in tier 5

They are in 2nd place at 30 points, behind by one point with Bolton Wanderers Women Reserves at top. Bolton recently lost a game against Accrington Stanley and they'll be playing them again this Sunday.

Today’s game against Penrith was a massive one for PNE Women. They won 2-1 and are now at the top of the table getting closer to promotion. The Bolton Wanderers Women Reserve team lost their second game against Accrington Stanley losing their top spot and are now in 3rd place.

Their next game will be at Eddie Davies Academy in Bolton against the Bolton Wanderers Women Reserves. Afterwards, it’ll be home games against Accringtion Stanley and Morecambe located at the Longridge Town Football Club at Inglewhite Road. If they win these games, it’s a high chance they’ll be promoted!
