No it hasn't ..... They are resurfacing and closing the road between 9am and 2 pm ( started on Wednesday )..... thus avoiding peak hours which would have caused chaos. I do Watling St road twice everyday and this seems to be a very sensible way of approaching the issue. For once I reckon they've got it right............... As for Saturday, I've no idea but there are umpteen other ways do get to Deepdale if you have half a brain. 🙄
