I never claimed they weren't ( hence the big grin emoji which went over your head ) ......... You've really jumped on the wrong end of the stick here... For once they seem to have actually got this one right and avoided a right mess at peak times.... If someone really can't get to Deepdale because that short bit of road is shut then they are halfwits... And apparently ( I honestly don't know ) it might no even apply on a Saturday anyway.

If we are going to whine, moan and criticise then at least lets all do it about legitimate issues........ because this aint one of them. .

A cycle path that nobody uses taking room from one of the main roads in and out of town, bloody hidden cameras everywhere, speed awareness courses, thirty a session, two sessions a day ,five days a week,been going on for donkeys years, does it make the roads safer? NO.
Is it a massive flying under the radar income stream?
Bloody right it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another way of making the accountable members of society, pay through the nose!!! Bloody disgrace.

if you attended eg a local parish council meeting you would realise how crap a deal previous govs gave Lcc, indeed all northern authoritys, (thats why council tax bands A/H are higher here than in windsor ! paying for more & more with less & less money, they have 20% less income than in 2000 despite all the new housing going up if you would like your eyes opening happy to do it with some facts v your feelings

Council tax is a ridiculous bill and comes to ridiculous numbers....... Hows it divvied out?

Fucking wankers. Nobody at the club cares about the fans. The Hemmings family will give Ridsdale £12 million to waste on contract renewals for League 1 standard wage snatchers, but can’t pay someone £25k to liaise with Council.

I only just avoided that the other day. What a fucking ridiculous place to put it. As you say, a major route into the city centre that you can't use.
I wanted to go somewhere off Fishergate Hill just past the train station. What a ball ache to get there. I avoid the centre like the plague if I can and this sort of shit just gives me another reason to do so.
