With respect, I'm not sure continuing to pay for something that doesn't add quality is good negotiation, even if you are paying less. I wouldn't keep going back to a restaurant that gives me food poisoning because everything on the menu is half price now.
I hope Woodburn's not getting an extension as much for his sake as ours. He's not likely to be given a fresh start from a fanbase that's already written him off, especially if we lose Browne. Let him go and find his level so he can enjoy his football again. I'm sure he works hard but I see no discernible skills or abilities that he can add. You mentioned Potts but he's found his position under Lowe and he found it pretty quickly. I still have no idea what Woodburn brings to the team and considering Lowe's mentioned him as a 'false 9', I'm not sure Lowe does either.
