Should Brian "Herronchops" herron step aside...

Is this the same soft lad, who put shaky on ignore but used shaky in his own signuture.

Like I say. The mods on this forum promote their own clique at times, by not being just.

How can someone who is provoking another forum poster get away with nothing while the other is banned is beyond me.

What makes you think I have got away with anything? I imagine we were given the exact same punishment.

I don't need to do anything to provoke Shaky, he'll have a pop any chance he gets, be it the GSO thread, rate the movie thread, adidas trainers thread, or even just saying good luck to Mckenna in a thread, off the top of my head.

Hopefully next time you lot see me trick shaky into abusing me, you can report me pronto. 🙂 I'll say no more anyway.

Shaky wasn't banned for the offence. It was an automated ban as a result of an accumulation of infraction points.

3 or 4 users have been infracted for the same offence recently.

this is why need need a sub-forum with notices tto this effect. So we know that justice is being dished out equal.

After some good moderation on the Kieron Dyer thread. I hereby rescind my previous herronchops out!!!!! comment.

Yes he has, thanks to that little tart Plebian.

I feel this has been constructed deliberately, Shaky's always going to bite back and any accusations of bullying are frankly ridiculous.

I fucking hate grasses - going whining to the mods when you've dealt enough of it out to last a lifetime is the behaviour of a snake.

That does it Danny, I have had enough and im going to tell on you hisssssssssssssss!😀

As much as Shaky bangs on about the same old things, the forum isn't quite the same without his cynicism, Free the Cumbrian 1 !!

Can I just ask two things on the Infraction business (not that I've been infracted, yet)

1. Is there any sort of appeal process?

2. Who decides on giving Infraction points? Is it just one mod or does it take two/three/all mods to decide on the infraction point?

2. Who decides on giving Infraction points? Is it just one mod or does it take two/three/all mods to decide on the infraction point? There are currently 10 mods - each has a vote on what course of action needs to be taken and the majority vote wins. No one mod issues infractions as these can only be served by majority vote. Infractions points have a 'shelf life' and when a certain number are currently active an automatic ban is imposed [/QUOTE]

Hope the above answers your questions

Aye cheers Brian, I know the shelf-life is what 3 months I think.
