Fun fact: In the past seven seasons poor old Robbie's only made one appearance on Boxing Day (Everton vs Burnley, 2019 - subbed off 68mins).

For all the others he's been injured - apart from being an unused sub for Bournemouth in 2021.

Poor guy, eh? Unavailable at Christmas in five of the last seven years? What are the chances? 😳

317 appearances in his career with a fair few seasons in a 38 games a season in premiership, any info on the new years day fixtures or game befor boxing day ? not missed as many games as people seem to think .

They include cup appearances as well. He has actually played 294 league games (not including this season.) that equates to 24 games a season which means he misses about the third of a season (on average of course.)
 
Please tell me they haven't caught colds from playing in the snow...

I was there, on Sunday. Make no mistake what was once a first class facility has fallen into massive disrepair. The dome, they had, is now collapsed and completely unusable and as for the 4g, it's downright dangerous and is nothing but rubber pellets.

The changing areas are just prefabricated huts that are also way past their sell by date.

It's all quite sad to see.

30yrs old now isn't it? Think the Venkis were looking to sell it off recently but it looks like it may be about to see a cash injection and revamp...

I was at Boltons training ground not Brockhall, which really is first class, even now.
