From what’s been said in the summer it sounded like Zedan wanted to bring more people in, so any delays may be down to his decision to do that.
It terms of relegation, if the takeover was to go ahead, it’s possible the payments may be staged and dependent on whether we stay up.
If it isn’t going ahead I can’t see why the club would not confirm that this is the case.

i suspect this is exactly what has happened - and the due diligence clock resets, each and every investor will need the money trail thoroughly auditing

If no one turned up at the next home game with implication of plummeting gate receipts they’d be entirely justified.

Penrose never comes on the forum
 
Penrose and crew are leading us down a garden path. Hiding behind the flag of commercial secrecy/convenience. The stooge guy for deflecting criticism from the games/players and staff from the ineffective Craig Hemmings and entourage. Anywhere here like to tell me what business success is Craig actually accredited with ? Deafening silence….
Why did the Hemmings consortium reject the lower but much more realistic bid from the Brian O’Neill syndicate?
My case rests ….

I didn’t know there was a bid from a Brian O’Neil syndicate.
 
I mentioned quite a while back when all the hype of the takeover was new,a familiar face was being touted as club ambassador, I suggested O'Neil, I didn't know that he was involved in a consortium, perhaps they will be announced soon, to everyone's surprise.
