Subs problem ?

Anyone else having trouble with subs? My sub renewed in April as it should then some more was taken out in July and Today i have another email saying this

There has been an issue with the notifications for upgrades - this is one of the issues I have been trying to resolve again.

You should not have been charged again and only received the email.
