Losing to Lincoln at home will be an absolute confidence crusher that will be extremely difficult to bounce back from in the short term.

Nicholls
Offiah, Storey, Gibson, Wiley
Leroy, Gibbs
Mills, Devine, Burgzorg
Lang

He's been utter dog shit this season, and is laughably overrated even when he's at his best.

I’d like Offiah to get a run in the side but Lincoln have a 6ft7 striker so I think it will suit Storey more. Could be a game to try Devine a bit deeper.

That's why I'd play Clarke at CB. Intelligent positioning that can outmuscle and nudge the telegraph pole off balance before he jumps. You aren't going to win the ball in the air against him, so resort to pure shithousery until he sulks off/reacts...

Whatever he does has to involve Devine through the middle.

Personally I think we have the players to play 4-3-3 / 4-5-1

A midfield three of Leroy, Thompson and Devine with Mills and one of Lang/Small/Burgzorg on the left.

Absolutely....if Hecky can't get a tune out of Devine, then that's the most damning aspect of his "management".

I know Lang is scoring but I think he may be due a rest.

There’s a lot of people suggesting a back 4, particularly a 4231. What makes them think this is the weekend he breaks his habit?

It is if you think the only job of being a keeper is reaction stopping.
Iverson is a good keeper with some sort of defence in front of him. Any keeper would feel exposed and suffer a confidence lapse with the jitters our defence has been showing, none of which has been helped by the hapless managers constant tinkering and pissing about with formations!!

No reason. It's just our most obvious system with the available players, which means he'll 100% stick to the same setup that has kept 1 clean sheet in 28, with only 25 goals scored in that same period (by my count).

Crap excuse for me, the goals he's cost us this season have been due to his own deficiencies and mental lapses. Same as Lindsay's.
