Team for Millwall

Tough one this, they've got some big players. Cooper, Crama, Coburn, Ivanovic etc, but then also good technical midfielders and dangerous wide players.

Desperately hoping we don't just try and combat their size by going Lindsay, Storey over Offiah & Gibson.

I'd go with this, but swap Gibson for Hughes. Better in the air and defending the wide spaces.

The three of them, particularly the impressive Lang worked very hard off the ball, have they got enough in the tank to go again?
McCann and Pol looked dead on their feet so Small and Devine to start.

I’m with this apart from Devine as one of the midfield two.
I would bring him on as part of the replacement 3 when Lang, Osmajic and Dobbin run out of steam.
 
Need to start seeing more of Devine further forward like he was at the beginning of the season, rather than dropping deeper alongside the DMs and trying to fill the Harrison Armstrong-shaped hole in midfield.

Would be happy with that team, but it's far too interesting and potentially entertaining to be realistic.

A skillful and fluid front 3, with attacking wingbacks? Awful stuff.
 
The OP's team would get completely bullied against Millwall. Whether we like it or not, you have to adapt to who you're playing. Wouldn't be surprised to see us go with a front three again, with two 10s trying to find pockets (though not ideal on that pitch). That means you need a ST to stretch the play though - is Jebbison physical enough to compete against Millwall, and go again after a big shift at Swansea? I'd go:
