McCann, Whiteman, Thordarson. Any two from the three.
As far as the squad is concerned then compared with the last league match we need to make room for the returns of Lindsay and Potts presuming the latter is fit - was he literally just being rested last night. Those dropping out would most likely be Bauer who looks like he picked an unpleasant injury last night in any case and probably Whatmough if both Hughes and Brady are fit enough to keep their places - again was Brady just rested last night. As for the starting eleven then the central midfield has to be Thordarson with one of Whiteman, Ledson or McCann - that is a tricky one for PH though personally I would probably go for Ledson. Further ahead Greenwood deserves a start though not at the expense of Frokjaer. Right upfront presuming we start with a single striker then the choice between Riis and Osmajic is again a tough call.

At last some nice quandaries for the manager to ponder over.
I just hope he sticks to a back four and keeps some of the pace we saw last night in the team.
I can’t see him leaving the Club Captain out although you could pick any two from four at the moment and also think Osmajic has earned a starting place.

Whatever the team is, it's finally good to know we have so many decent options at our disposal with a manager who isn't afraid to change things up if needed.
Feel good factor definitely gone up a notch or two. I thought playing a back 4 last night with Bowler and Holmes wide in midfield gave us a real threat with Osmajic bustling down the middle. But it could be totally different against Rovers. Whichever 11 start’s we’ve certainly players that can come on and make a difference.

Think the team picks itself outside of McCann/Thor which is a difficult choice. Osmajic has to start.
The other difficult one could be Holmes/Greenwood.

He should leave Whiteman out if everyone else if fully fit. Thordarson and McCann are potentially a much better partnership.
If we’re going with a back 4, we might well see a team without Hughes as a I can’t see him playing as a pure centre half and he’s too slow to be a regular left back.

I don’t think that’s a difficult decision tbh. Greenwood has been much more influential and Holmes only lasts around half a game

Managed 82mins last night and I think his performance at least put him into contention

I would like to see a McCann/Thordarson partnership but as I said I don’t think he’ll leave Whiteman out.

Holmes looked like he was suffering with a tight hamstring before he went off.

He made a very good block just before he went off and had to stretch to make the challenge..let’s hope it was cramp.
