Can’t see a formation change with no time to work on it but I would try the dreaded box midfield just to try a different shape.

It was still the same formation even after Gibbs went off

We haven’t shifted out of it since Alexander came in
 
Given injury and suspensions 🤔😔 surely we can't keep playing the same system, expecting results and performances to pick up, we've got to find a solution. This back 3 shite has been slowly killing my love for football for last 5 years or so. Hate it with a passion. Not saying the below is the answer but..........

Can’t believe I’m actually including Lindsay in a starting XI but Storey and Hughes were so disgustingly bad I wouldn’t even have them on the bench

As you say the back 3 (5) has to change due to our inability to keep a clean sheet.
He did hint in his latest press conference that he may do that but that would take time.
 
2 utter tripe performances so he needs to make a few changes. I would switch keeper, Devine out, Moran In, Vuk in for Small. Can’t do any worse,
