I have one member of staff at the moment, fucking nightmare. They're currently on a career break but their return is absolutely keeping me awake every night

They've failed promotion application sifts and taken people to employee tribunal for refusal at sift due to colour, then did the same for sexuality, then hidden disability, finally social economic background. All because they didn't put the right examples on an application.

I stay awake at night because when this person returns to work I have to manage their lack of output - and deal with how shit they are at their job. I absolutely know a grievance will come in based on colour, sexuality, etc.

Innocent people suffer more than the guilty in some scenarios, and I can remember MO28 just standing on his own while the shenanigans took place, if he's not guilty then that was a fucking lonely place to be.

Have a think, eh?

I’ve no idea what your issue is with my post, but never mind.
As for being accused of things, it has occurred plenty of times.

What a load of rubbish. He may know he hasn’t done anything wrong but might think he is going to be hung out to dry by the FA or it might be because is feels so upset that someone would say publicly that he has done something he knows he hasn’t. Who knows? But your statement is crass

Why not? You’d be angry at the accuser, confused why the media has acted how it has, worried about your reputation and future, concerned about clearing your name. More than enough to knock you well out of balance.
