I read the op's post merged ith another thread when I got home from work. I think it was the confirmation of Beavon signing (could be wrong). Anyways, the giste is, it was right to be merged it did not warrant a new thread it said nothing that had not already been said a zillion times.

Just had another look...Rushy posted one` Get a grip` thread, which was merged with another thread.

He then started another identical thread...which was the one deleted.

Think JK got this one right.

Hmmmmmmmm...Islay single malt....

The 30 year old is the best I have ever tasted, so scarce but I have 3 bottles left, sobs.

Like all the Islay malts Bardy, so much flavour, so much history and rarely drunk by the English who seem to think Bells is the dogs bollocks (it is perfect for mixing with coke/lemonade/ginger ale etc etc)

We really should meet up soon for a tipple, Billy......😛

you're not a real whisky drinker then, more of a cocktail man deany?

lol,

No never got into the Whisky/Whiskey stuff for some reason.

More of a wine man really, with the odd cider or two.

Have a drop of Jameson every now and again, probably the Irish in me!

not so big on cocktails!

Not a massive fan of Islay whisky, an early encounter with Laphroaig put me right off although I do like Bruichladdich. I tend to play it safe with Highland Park or Glenmorangie but wouldn't wash the drains out with Bells, vile stuff.

Back on topic, is the OP complaining about the Moderators moderating the forum?

I take it you posted;

  • Shite
  • Something that had already been posted ten times
  • More shite
  • Complete bollocks
  • All of the above

I started a new thread which was deleted. The Header was, Beavon Signs (confirmed), granted it was about ten o'clock when I posted it and he hadn't actually signed.......

......but I was the first to break the news and I will forever be ITK from now on.
