It is tomorrow when there are no trains with Avanti and West Midlands.

The joys of the M6 tomorrow it is.

Northern Rail have sent out an email today saying that there will be disruption from April 4th to April 9th so a warning for anyone who needs to get into Preston from the likes of Leyland, Chorley, Euxton etc…… don’t rely on the trains.

If I may be so bold Ladies and Gents. I'm not sure if a drinking establishment has been established in Watford but two very good friends of mine own the Wellington Arms which is a free house. It's 150 meteres from Watford Junction, (come out if the station and turn left against the one way...

If you give it a go, say hi to Noel from Chris.. always been a friendly family pub, plenty of fans if Arsenal, Chelsea and also one or two Watford fans go in... always chance to have a chinwag with someone in there. Nice beer garden at the back too.

Been at a total standstill on the M6 on more than one occasion when going to London. The best was one night and the hold up was very long, people got out of their cars and chatted and entertained each other. We had a golfer who took out his clubs and a ball and had a competition with fellow drivers and a magician who was very good. Another time was a beautiful summer day and I had a long chat with a motorcyclist because I hate motorways in a car but on a bike!!!
