Tickets West Brom Away

Went a few years ago with a couple of Baggies fans when Archer scored. We arranged to meet at The Vine which is just over the other side of the M5. Desi pub and about 15/20 mins walk to The Hawthorns. Mainly Baggies fans but there were a few North End fans. www.thevine.co.uk
There was parking round the side roads there
Was at that game we won 2-0 got tickets today hopefully same type of result 👍🙏

Always pencil in WBA away for a visit to the Vine. Cracking pub and always had a great curry even if we get beat, which is usually the case….

Thanks for the responses.

Think I'm going to buy tickets and hope I'm not needed in work next week 😬
Parking is pretty rubbish. It's all industrial estates around there and there's no a lot of places that are handy .Last year my friend and the PNE fans he was with - had their car blocked-in after the game by an inconsiderate WBA fan ( who must have gone to the Supporters Club afterwards) - until about 6o'clock...words were said ... so if you do park around there, try to ensure no-one coming after positioning your car - can't squeeze-in between you and a permanent 'object', to box you in ...

Much simpler to get the train to Birmingham if you can and get the tram to West Bromwich like we are doing.

Blue badge holders can email the club and there is parking on Sandwell academy on Halfords lane . Halfords lane is closed from Birmingham rd from half 1 as that’s where the players coaches drop off but can be accessed from the other end . Loads of street parking for blue badge holders only behind the away stand .

Proper ground is the hawthorns .

Went in back of a milk van and some how back in a mini. Happy days must have missed another Ribby Hall register😍

If anyone is still interested, it appears another block has been added and more tickets now available.

I still think we will sell most of them as they will be right next to the home fans, plus I suspect some were waiting for that block to open, for that particular reason.

Another thing of note. I checked train prices and they were £1 cheaper than club coach this morning. Gutted really, as I enjoy a few drinks on trains 😬

Went in 1980 for the League cup games both of em. Oh we do like to be beside the seaside oh we do like to be beside the sea oh we do like to be along the prom prom prom with the brass blands playing xxxxxxxx West Brom!. I was 15😉
I was there, for both of them always remember a shot from Cyril Regis striking a ball with such power, but with hardly any backlift when striking the ball.

Didn’t realise it was that bad. Glad I was there for the one win! Was Archer’s debut I think, cracking night.
That’s the one, belting midweek game that. A Steve Bruce side was typically honking, imagine my shock.

That is my one and only appearance to date at the Hawthornes and we won. Just had a feeling we’d do them.

I’m going next week too, fancying the win again, just like I did that night. Just a gut feeling.

Were did you find these John? When I looked for trains from Preston to Brum were ridiculously priced!
