The best keeper in the division!

Lonergan could most definately have done better for the first. Firstly, St Ledger massively fucked up again but there was still time for Lonergan to come out much quicker and collect the ball. He also went down too quickly making it a very easy finish for Keogh. He was also marginally at fault for the second as he came out and punched the ball straight down to a Bristol City player, 20 seconds later it's 2-0. I did feel sorry for him after this as it was attack after attack and he did well on a couple of occasion. But's it's the complete lack of any organisational skills and hesitant decision making that is really letting him down. He's had worse games then today but if anyone honestly thinks that Andy Lonergan is a Championship keeper then well I'm astounded.

Yes, and thats what makes me so annoyed. No it wasnt all down to Lonners, Id certainly agree with that, some of our senior players are a total disgrace. I feel Lonners was very slow off his line for the first but FFS leger, how many times have you done that this season!

Im not saying he is the reason we lost 4-0, The strikers by all accounts could of played for 5 hours and not scored.

SSL did misjudge the bounce, But you look at the replay and you see lonners come then go come then go and by the time he makes his mind up, Its to late. He sould of been onto that ball like a rat up a drain pipe.
By the time your 2-0 down your fucked, the fact that we are constantly being undone by these poor goals and goal keeping errors must be bad for morale as the team must surely be thinking no matter how wel they defend or how many we score that we will gift them a goal with the idiot in goal.
 
If lonergan could have been quicker out for the first, the fact is it shouldnt have been there, it was ledger mistake that caused it. Were now blaming lonergan for not covering other peoples mistakes well enough are we? Its like blaming phil brown for not replacing fergusons bad signings straight away.

He should of come for the ball when SSL mis judged it.

I cant comment on the other goals as I have not seen them yet.

but you cant blame everyone but Lonners when he is making basic mistakes and bad errors on a game by game basis and these are what are costing us big time right now.

Look at the replay before you try and defend him, He couldnt decide if he was coming or going and by the time he decided it was to late.

A ball into the box like that should be getting snapped up by the keeper. Did you see James make the same mistake's????

Mark, the ball comes over the top with SSL goalside of Keogh, SSL around the edge of the area has time to clear in 4 directions but for whatever reason, he allows the ball to bounce, Keogh pounces on this and BANG!, it's a goal.

100% the fault of SSL for Dillydallying trying to be Billy Big Bollocks and football his way out of trouble.

Sean, you are not Bobby Moore, Franz Beckenbauer or Rio Ferdinand. You're a Championship defender, remember this and next time (although it's now way too late) Row Z the fucker.

Ledger doesnt make the error, they dont score. simple.
