I think it was unfair a bit at the end when Unsworth walked off and Alexander got all the credit by the pundits.

Same, the pundits and commentators seemed to concentrate on Grezza much much more. But fair play to both of them, the worked together and we got a great result with a gritty performance.
Looking forward to Boxing Day now 🙂
Apart from anything else, the big thing for me tonight was the improvement in the tempo of the team, everyone seemed to play quicker and, to quote another poster on a different thread, we did not look like we were ‘wading through treacle’.
Every fan thinks he knows the best team. Tonight showed the difficulties of being a manager. When Mellor had to leave I thought we are doing well, we are winning, why change the formation and why not bring Tsoumou on?
When he did come on, question answered!!

If thats what I have got to look forward to every week I'd rather them not get the job.
Is that sarcasm?
Between the two of them they need to decide who is 'the manager'- that does not preclude working together as a close team, but history says that joint managers do not work.
I'd like one of the two to get the job (Alexander gets me 260 quid, but Unsworth may be more 'ready') and the other be the assistant of course.
I dont want a big name manager on his way down/out

1 freak result doesnt mean anything.
It was 1 sided match 3/4 of the match
A double act management style never works.
I hope we appoint a decent manager asap!

Did you see the way we played? They got away with it today, another day they would have thrased us.

Agree with this.
Definitely wouldn't be disappointed to see Unsy given the title of manager, with Grezza as assistant. They looked the part tonight.
Well done boys!

They have had 3 days to prepare the players . Take in to account they had to travel down then they haven't had much time at all .
The players put everything on the line for them , that's 50% of the job done right there .
Brown complained about players not putting bodies on the line but every player that played gave 110%.,

Single managers haven't worked too well either !
Alexander did give a good interview post match though.

Fucks sake give them a chance. Great to get a result at MK Dons today, sounds like we played with passion and commitment for once. Yeah we may have got lucky at times but we were also unlucky with Mellor going off and some dodgy refereeing.
Fair enough get a Billy Davies in if Hemmings is ready to get the wallet out and spend some big money otherwise lets give these guys a fair crack at it. It's obvious they've got the respect and backing of the players.

We was doing ok till Mellor went off and they had to change to more a Phil Brown formation. Proves what the fans have been saying, the players we have are more suited to 4-4-2 football. Hopefully Mellor will be back for the Carlisle game. A bit of it was down to confidence as well. So every credit to the way the Team Started. Danny Mayors cross was inch perfect for Parry. Some good signs from today, lets get behind whoever gets it. This season can be saved and could turn out to be a great one, if we can get into the Playoffs.

We were playing 442 under Brown since Hume, Mellor and Proctor unavailable as a trio.

Ffs, we just beat one of the form teams in the division, a team unbeaten at home and on a good run. We made good chances and reduced dons to half chances and set pieces courtesy of a blinkered lying bastard of a ref, and you're not happy? Why fucking bother.
