Old boy signing on loan?

If it's Craig Davies then i'd say it's a panic buy as we lost out on May. Davies is a very good player but only turns up 1 in 5 which is no good. But perhaps a full season might see a different Davies.

Maybe he's just returning as the pitch announcer for a few games?....
 
We don't need any more strikers - we do need another central defender to give us some strength-in-depth there.

Garner gets injured Tuesday night and is out for 4-5 weeks.

Do you feel confident with Kevin Davies and Jordan Hugill as our only out and out strikers ?

I'd say we need both. We've no natural goalscorer behind Joe Garner and without him our season would be fucked.

Time is ticking though and it doesn't seem like anyone is particularly keen on taking our fringe players.

That's all right until Garner gets injured. We could do with a young premiership striker in the mold of Patrick bamford at Chelsea who went to Mk dons and then stepped up at Derby. It would then be a win win for both clubs.

We don't have the fire power without Garner. Roll on tomorrow
