Matchday Thread PNE v Ipswich - 03/02/24 - KO:3PM - Championship

Despite our indifferent form (and undoubtedly it has been) amongst our wins at home have been Leeds and Ipswich and we came within a fraction of beating Southampton. Wins against Coventry and Sunderland weren’t too bad either.
We just need a positive outlook and more consistency but that’s a big ‘just’

Don't make the changes then if you really don't have to.
He did though, even though there wasn't any real need to.
You saw what happened after that.
As for Osmajic, how much running do you want him to do?
He's chasing down the channels into the corners an puttin as much pressure on as he possibly could. For the role that our tit of a manager chooses to you use him in, I don't really think he could've done much more.
Dunno about you but I'd like to see him in the box an gettin in font of the defender an gettin his nut on things.
He's proved he can do it

It's more how you run not how much, his first one off his chest and he won the corner should have set the tempo, but it didn't. I like ozzie and think he will get his run and then a few games. Subs is a hard one, games last longer, heavy pitch you need to manage your squad. Its more an honest reflection of the past few transfer windows.

No I was going on about a few counter attacking opportunities where we were countering and the final pass was lacking.

Ahh insinuations now, so you’re making stuff up and embellishing again to have your fix, shite solicitor tactics 101.

Hanging out with the local rainbow bus window lickers will always be a novel concept to me.

Not cool that, Ron.

Lowe has to stick with this set up now / line up now obviously dependant on any injuries.
I wouldn’t mind rotating Riis & Osmajic but he should leave the rest as it is.

He's deceptively quick for his size an can put defenders under pressure.
No doubt Lowe has put him on to try an stretch their back line.
He can still be used I'm better ways though, he's a unit.
If he'd of kept Millar on, he probably wouldn't have had to run round like a headless chicken like Lowe wants him to do.
For some reason though, that's what he wants to do with him

3 points against one of the strongest sides in the league this season. And an entertaining game which is what those who claim they are ‘bored’ have been after yet the usual miserable suspects just want to focus on how we ‘nearly’ lost the game. How utterly tragic.

*N.B This is not a RL appreciation post*

*N.B I am not an alt on Ron’s*

Woke brigades out, don’t take life too seriously.
