Oh well.

I was thinking the players seem so much fitter recently but wouldn't have used that pic.

Excellent game. We really are a different team of late. Love Browne at wing back. Creative and competitive . Top display from the defence Storey terrific. Hughes excellent. We really dealt with them well . They had some attempts but Woodman made some a couple of quality saves ( even his clearances were better) McCann my man of the match . Second half I thought it more likely that we’d score. But not to be. Disappointed he took Mads off .Riss and Oz too much alike and without any service reduced to chasing after balls and especially Oz who just seems to be making a nuisance of himself to their defenders which is fair enough but we need more from him. Big call out about Riss . He is a much better footballer than before the injury . A but if a monster. His hold up play and passing vision has gone up several notches. Pity it wasn’t a win but should have no fear against Southampton. P.s we broke theur playing out from the back . Great to see . To do it so often shows how together the team are .. cOYW

Decent result in hindsight but think we should’ve won that and the subs probably should’ve been made sooner. Think we need a result on Wednesday now to keep us in it.

Fuckin rubbish. There was nothing wrong with the change, You and one or two otheres are just desperate for something to grumble about. That was a bloody good performance from minute one to minute 95. Great match. and a draw an absolute fair result.
I disagree that what I said was fucking rubbish. The game was on the edge and taking Mads off lessened our chances of winning the game.

Lowe was reverting to safety first tactics. We're supposed to be in the hunt for the play-offs ffs.

We look so much fitter than we did around December.

The difference in this team from before Christmas is huge.

*Surely there have been big changes behind the scenes.

All of this ^^^

* But mainly this.

Mads has been superb of late, he wasn't today. Wasn't having a bad game by any means, but the change made sense, didn't cost us and could have paid off. Safety tactics?? There was only one team looking to win the match in the closing stages.

Good game. Never really looked like breaking them down and 0-0 was.a fair result. Big game Wednesday

Considering it was 0-0 I really enjoyed that game.
Thought we looked the more likely to win in the second half but neither side can complain about the result.
Another decent performance and we’re still in touching distance of the top 6

I only caught the last quarter but we regain possession so much better in the midfield than we were doing earlier in the season.

What utter rubbish.

I've been a massive Lowe critic, but Mads wasn't in it and looked knackered (understandably).

Yep, no grumbling about Lowe from me if we’re treated to that kind of fare more often; thoroughly enjoyable. Front-footed display against a side crammed full of talent (who were stifled well in the second half). Looked at least their equals.

Just short of some real quality off the bench for me, the kind that can turn a hard-fought 0-0 into a win. I like Osmajic and Holmes but feel like we almost need a Mads equivalent when he’s not on it (like today), someone who is unpredictable and operates in the space between the lines. We’ve already found one on the cheap, let’s find another. Holmes is full of energy and desire but sometimes those qualities aren’t enough. Still hold out hope for Osmajic- he’ll never be prolific I don’t think but could become an extremely handy 3rd striker for us.

It was a tricky situation for Lowe. If we'd lost we'd have been 6 points behind 6th. He didn't park the bus though.
