And yet with the saviour to some on here "Alex" at the helm, we still amounted to fuck all.

Browne as Captain is the epi-centre of the team.

His absolutely disgraceful and disgusting comments about the QPR game should have seen him never wear the shirt of PNE again.

A bit of luck, that'll very soon be happening.

I hope we pull out a blinder of a signing to replace him, but in recent years, I'd expect an Izzy Brown or Josh Onomah rather than a new Pearo or Gally.

Exactly this, really hard to find players like Browne who fight for the badge but also have the ability to be class at this level.

Someone with ambition, care and interest taking over the club, getting rid of the damned lot of them and starting all over again. For me the youngsters will either be good and then move (probably for nowt as usual) or be mediocre without a twopenny hoot for the club. This is how this god foresaken club is run.
 
Well, the New York lads will be happy. That performance must have knocked £10m off the price. If they're daft enough to still want to go ahead, they can use the savings toward the cost of the rebuild of this ineffectual squad.

A bit of a claimer to see Pearson back,why? Left us at the 1st opportunity, forever getting booked and suspended and clearly didn't really give a shit. He would demand top wages to sit most of the season with us in the stands. No thanks.

Really respect you as a poster JD, and I know you’ve never liked Browne, but this is embarrassing. On a level of Marsbars with Robinson, very strange target to dig out

And Huddersfield definitely couldn't go up with the squad they had. Or Luton. Or Blackpool.
And Ipswich definitely couldn't finish second with over half of a league one squad.

Mate, I find him to be massively overrated by our fanbase.

You'd think he was the Irish Pirlo to read some of the tripe spouted about him.

Be honest, he is bang average but because of our ineptness, looks better than his ability allows.
