Let's be clear, with the money that filters through English football, there's a number of Scottish championship sides that would stay in the English championship

Let's not pretend that cash doesn't count, and stay humble mucker 👍

Don’t want to come across condescending also, but I don’t believe for one second any would for the reasons you’ve already just mentioned.

With all due respect mate I watched that Scottish cup final … one of the poorest games I’ve ever watched ! But let’s get the facts right … Celtic dominated you for 120 minutes but unusually for them they weren’t at their best up front. Aberdeen packed their defence for the whole game and made it an awful spectacle. The only part of the contest that you dominated was the penalties!
Fluke result … but I know all you cared about was winning the tie 👍
But don’t crack on like Aberdeen are a good team on the back of that performance … you got seriously lucky … as can happen in one off games.
Europe will be an eye opener for you guys for sure.

To be fair as a supporter he has a right to enjoy the occasion and it was good to see Celtic come unstuck. Good luck to them in Europe. Not all the teams in that comp are world beaters.

Wasn’t criticising him at all mate … but he accused someone of being condescending… then came out with that drivel ! Of course he’s entitled to be happy about winning the cup .. but he shouldn’t be cracking on that they deserved it … they were awful in that game! By Celtics standards they were poor too 100% .. hence losing the tie.
And you’re right about the quality of teams in the conference league … but Aberdeen will be one of the poorer teams in it for sure.
 
Okkels probably not going to get a transfer to a Championship side or play many matches for PNE we can't justify keeping him around so why not use him as make weight in any negotiations (might get a league one or two club to accept £500). Let's save his wages and put it down to just another cock up by the Fat Controller

Having watched too many of Okkels' Aberdeen matches this season (hence the opinion quoted previously) I wouldn't recommend him to Cork City in the Irish Premier where I've also been watching the majority of Kitt Nelson's loan games.

And genuinely that is League One level at best. Maguire, Burke and Cunningham are thriving.

I think you're being a bit premature. Having forged good links with PNE, I'm sure Thelin could do with some of our other 'prospects', Cornell, Keane, Lindsay, Hughes, to aid Aberdeen's quest for European glory. 😁😁
