I don’t necessarily think it’s a bad thing tbh. It might get our hopes up, but why show our hand ahead of time?

Surprised Thiordarson is not starting in Armstrong's continued absence. There is little invention in that midfield but you would hope it can provide a platform from.which Devine, Dobbin and Jebbison can operate

I'm not at all. Whiteman and Thor are bad together, because neither can do the defensive work. This should absolutely be Thompson's role, so we need as many minutes with him in the team as we can manage for balance.

It’s almost like he’s lying to the opposition team, not the fans….

The benefit to him is other teams thinking out next midfielder is available for the game
 
Ok starting XI. Armstrong obviously not ready. Stronger bench than Watford game. Thor will get on & Smudger too in 2nd half. Weds have a lot of problems & a small squad ...got to go for the win. 3 nil to Nobbers

Mind you I thought Watford at evens on Tuesday was easy money, this is the championship after all.

Yes that is highly likely. Still would have preferred Thordarson to start to give us a bit more creativity the centre of the team. It means Devine, Dobbin and Jebbison are most likely going to have to invent their own chances but they have proven quite good at that.
 
A very quick look at the table and i think depending on results today, in theory we could end up third or fourteenth at 5.00pm unless some teams that could catch us are playing each other. Crazy!

With it being so close, our exact position isn’t too important at this stage of the season.
