They've put a lot into the last few weeks, were about to play an FA Cup SF 7 days ago and then had emotional rollercoaster v Ipswich on Tuesday so Southampton were never going to be full team and full pelt today.

Will be interesting play offs. Feels like Boro have lost momentum in the run in and Southampton will be favourites but I think Millwall could sneak it as they could've easily got automatics this season and are very solid under AN.

Not a surprise really. Finished 14th with 60 pts. Considering we were up to 4th in Jan, tale of 2 seasons. Big changes coming in summer. If the Saudi takeover does go through. Cant see Hecky/McCall being there are start of next season plus half the squad.

Feel pretty much the same
The substitution of Thompson for Devine, just epitomised what he is all about.
If I was confident that his substitutions would make more sense with hopefully more options and quality next season, then i'd say maybe stick with him but I just think this guy is too stubborn in his ways and continue to make the same baffling decisions

Huffed and puffed for large sections of the game. Some decent interplay at times, shambolic defending for all 3 goals. Typical pne really.

We played some nice stuff at times but in the end it was all too easy for Saints. We had one or two chances but we only scored thanks to a total howler from their keeper. We are not clinical at one end and we cannot defend at the other. Not a combination that will take us very far.

Sad to see Dobbin and Devine go. I hope a large number of these players are sodding off as well this summer. Most of all I hope this takeover is completed and we have a productive pre-season.

With nothing at stake today PH had absolutely no reason at all to play with a back 5.
If it’s pastures new for our club and we have the chance of a more progressive thinker I’d be taking it.

He really doesn't help himself, potts at right back also makes no sense.
