Summer 2026 - Transfer Rumours and Discussions.

Dennis Cirkin would be a smart pick up.

I don't think he's a realistic one, as there should be bigger and better clubs in for him.

But would be great if it is one we can get.

Dennis Cirkin would be a smart pick up.

A smart pick up?
We should be on our hands and knees to try and bring him in.

I doubt we've even considered him and I doubt he'd even consider us.

(Hope I'm wrong)

[Lee Trundle]

I really hope we don't go for an exact profile replacement for Whiteman. I'd still like to see a 4-3-3 with McCann screening the back 4, and two ball playing No.8s either side, Devine and another.

There’s no reason to transition to a formation with McCann in mind for a specific role. He misses 40% of the season every year.

That's gone x rated very quickly.

If they want him that much then surely a decent fee is on its way

Sounds painful

Nixon says 2.5mil for Whiteman. I think given the circumstances thats a fair fee

At least there were no "babes" involved.

I'd like to think a club captain would be worth a bit more than 2.5mil but considering we let the last one go for nothing, it's an improvement

He’d instantly be our best player but you’d need to be offering Whiteman’s wage and more just to tempt him

club captain who is 30 in his last year and would leave for free next year. 2.5m not too bad

Snatch their Hollywood hands off.

And give 80% of it to Oxford if Mills is as good as people on here believe.
