@jakehake will one of you jokers please enable the Patron facilities that you have charged me for.
As you are aware, I cancelled my subscription on Tuesday 21st but when I try to reply to you by DM it is saying I need to become a Patron in order to send Direct Messages??

One mans clandestine recurring subscription is another mans signposted in red that it's a recurring and non-refundable subscription. All users have access to their purchased upgrades (https://www.pne-online.net/forum/index.php?account/upgrades) and the option to cancel next to it bar a few who may have very legacy subscriptions from the old paypal system

Evening gents. Just had it helpfully pointed out to me that my patron badge isn't showing (after asking someone to sign up as a patron... typical) but I thought I was on an automatic renewal and payment went out on 1 September 2025, so thought this would be covered? Happy to sign up again but thought I'd check first and didn't want to disturb my current automatic renewal if it is just a cosmetic issue.

I’m not entirely sure when my Patronage expires. Pretty sure it generally auto renews. Is there anyway of checking the date via account settings etc. ?

If you go to https://pne-online.net/forum/index.php?account/upgrades and scroll down it should show under Purchased Upgrades if you are on the new format.
Older Patronages may still be based on recurring payments from Paypal that they can check in their accounts on Paypal as a "Recurring Payment", looks like yours may happen around Dec 21st each year
Not sure what you mean by "New Format", but I can't see the option of Purchased Upgrades. I only ask again as you mentioned my scheduled payment is around 21st December, but i noticed a £10 payment was made to PNE Online on the 10th of this this month.
Nothing shows on the payment logs here so it sounds like you have a recurring payment from PayPal or some other method that should show on your statement where it originated.
The new format shows on your account on the forum if you have one, if you don’t see a purchased upgrade it’s likely an old format one that the user controls and can cancel if required. We can only amend Upgrades made using the new system unfortunately.

I’ve had patron status forever but noticed like a few others today that I’d lost the ability to ‘like’ posts and the general consensus was it was only available to patrons.
I’ve always been on an auto renew basis via PayPal so not sure if something has happened recently that?
I’ve paid another tenner via Apple Pay but can someone check if all is ok or there’s a glitch in the matrix.
If I’ve double paid that’s fine, it’s worth it for all we get from this forum 👍🏻
