Patron status not retained

£10 to PNE Online was debited from my account a day or two ago but I haven’t retained my status as a patron. Please could you look into this for me?

I don't know what's going on, but nobody shows up as being a patron when I log in, including myself. Am I missing something? @Libertine is on the other thread calling someone out for not being a patron, but when I log in, there are no patrons or mods etc. Been like this for a week or two.

You're viewing the forum in the no longer supported 'original' view, if you switch to 'modern' view you'll see all the patron banners etc.

If you use the old styling of the forum you won’t see the new badges. There is a toggle button at the bottom of the browsers to flip to the new format
