Patron status not retained

My Patron status doesn’t seem to be working properly. Guessing it’s the same issue as first post in this thread. Paid £10 31st July

Have added the status back on, can see the logs and there might have been some glitches that stopped it updating you automatically. Thanks for the donation and continued support

My renewal payment on Thursday was unsuccessful as I had changed banks but I clicked email sent to me to make a manual payment on Friday morning & received email confirmation of payment, receipt 2092-7427

Mine seems to have expired but not been automatically renewed. I do have a PayPal payment that went out last week, maybe it’s something to do with the amount required going up?

We’ll take a look it could be something like you say. Did you get an email from PayPal saying it had gone through ok or a transaction ID from stripe/paypal? Just helps us check if there is an issue that ma affect others. Thanks

I’ll send the transaction id through, I thought I’d cancelled PayPal renewal because I saw the fee had changed but I obviously didn’t!

Because of the change in prices of subscriptions it’s caused some issues with recurring payments. If you can forward your payment email to the account referenced then we can apply it manually. The logs on the server show a failed payment but it isn’t always accurate sorry

As Jake says this is due to an issue with the change of amount.

I took can only see failed payments but have upgraded your account on this occasion. If you to find that there was only failed payments, you can reinstate donations at https://pne-online.net/forum/index.php?account/upgrades

How do you work out when your patronage expires? I was sure it would’ve run out before the end of the year but I’ve still got the badge

I paid via PayPal so don’t think it’ll have auto-renewed based on what you said about the payments
