Not sure why as I paid 10 quid on 31st March unless it's set up from old account I created about 10 years ago 🤔

That would explain it - any account upgrades after the 3rd March may have been lost when they had to restore the site. Send JK a message and he will sort that out for you.

It is a problem as I pay £25 per year (last in Feb 25) to be a patron and it does not seem to have registered me as a patron. I can't direct message anyone to query it as I'm not a patron

Not sure what to suggest. Sounds like it's something that needs sorting on your browser or mobile device.
