Between 3rd March and 7th April.

We lost all data and anyone who renewed during that time won't be showing, so I need to manually upgrade the account.

For anyone wanting to know their current expiry date, click on your name in the header bar at the top of the screen, then click on 'Account Upgrades' and scroll to the bottom where there is a 'Purchased Upgrades' section with your expiry date at the top.
