You don't offer a football opinion so you wouldn't be wrong. Or if you do; like Grayson won't take us up then Grayson will take us up...... you can hardly get that wrong when you cover both arguements.

Why don't you run along with your calculator and work out how much you have spent on PNE or was that just another look at me thread.
You could go and set up your new supporters group for you and your pals. Let us know the details once you have set it up..... more than happy to come along and see what you offer that the others don't.....

Now unless you actually have anything to add to a football related thread I'd suggest you get down to the shop and go and buy some more stickers for your Premier League sticker book and see if you can get the Man Utd shiny you need.....

You have not offered anything to this thread. Your sole purpose is to take it off topic and posters can just see your a WUM / troll.....
I'm happy for you to report it as it's facts and I have asked you a thread related questions about Graysons tactics but you don't answer as you have limited football knowledge, especially regarding PNE...
People need to remember Scunthorpe made a half time change taking off their main striker and putting shorty pants Mcsheffrey on. That made it easier for us to change to a back four as there was little or no threat from them after half time.
People bemoan the 352 but Bristol City and Swindon both adopt that formation home and away. Its a way of keeping a five man midfield without sacrificing one of the strikers as in the 451 which we adopted early season.
I think North End fans will always scream for 442 as thats all we have known for decades really. But I think sides in 2015 need to be able to adapt, especially when teams have 5 men in midfield. It also can help confuse the opposition when Bailey Wright etc pops up playing little through balls to Robinson and co.
It was very apparent yesterday how spread out Garner and Robinson were, each trying to cause problems in the space inbetween the full back and centrehalf. This tactic caused Scunthorpe to drop deeper and deeper in the second half as they tired.
It was refreshing to see us dominate so well. And we had numerous players who could hurt them with the ball. If Robinson, gallagher and Johnson start knocking it about I think most teams in this division would struggle to defend against it. Scunthorpe are no mugs and are in tremendous form but we made them look like relegation material for long spells.
