It’s similar to what I always say to pupils when they react to being provoked. The provoker wants them to react and if they don’t the provoker has nowhere to go - they will win by not reacting.

Yes that's good advice. I told her I'm not talking to or shagging anyone when she asked. That's actually true, I'm focusing on me. I let my house and my garden go a bit so I'm trying to get on top of those. As well as running and joining a gym. All in all I'm trying to clear my mind and become a better me. Maybe that will 1 day attract a nice woman

Sounds like you are heading in the right direction , what its got to do with her who you are talking to or shagging i have no idea ,unless she is trying to manipulate you again , just ignore her texts if you really wish to move on .

She obviously has issues, she maybe thinks she needs to “catch you out”. I’m also thinking that she is trying to provoke some reaction out of you, is she trying to make you take attention of her🤔
