BBC Sport confirm Rotherham have signed the winger, Cadogan ? Could be something in this ? But surely it must mean a couple of players are on their way out ?
 
Maybe, Westley plans to play 3 central midfielders whilst Hume and Mellor are injured, and that Procter and Marrow can be relied upon to hold up a defensive format whilst Coutts and the other forward players have the ball.
 
Richard Cawley of Southlondon may have jumped the gun with this as the deal hasn't been confirmed. Could well happen, and hopefully will but I guess it will be sorted out tomorrow one way or the other.
 
two holding midfielders would allow us to play a 4-2-3-1 formation accomodating our more attack minded players eg parry coutts mayor across the pitch with a new striker to hold things up.
 
We've been crying out for two capable holding midfielders all season, to free up the likes of Coutts and/or Mayor to play with more freedom.

I hope this comes off and if he plays well we can get him permanently. Or Doyle.
 
Seriously hope this is true. I remember posting last season after the Palace games saying that this lad was a class act - never thought we'd be able to get someone of his calibre in. Brilliant if it comes off.
 
But this Westley refuses to give the lad the break he's earned. When Billymacc and I had that meeting with Brown at the end of the meeting it sounded as though he was about to get his debut. He may be a quiet lad but so bleedin' what! The lad can play and that's all that matters. Right now he's as good as McKenna and he may develop into our next Howard Kendal. To ignore players like this when they're on fire is the ultimate in bad management. And Westely is supposed to be a motivational consultant. My ass he is!

He played Barton , who had his first good game in ages and has since said that Barton will turn into a good player with coaching .

That ia ridiculous, he's only been here 5 mins. And to say Brown was about to give him his chance - he'd tried every other bugger, I was expecting a call at any minute.
