Sincere condolences. Having shared watching this club with your dad you will be able to regard yourself as remembering him and keeping his memory alive when you go to watch matches in future so such occasions will be more than just the immediate experience. My dad passed form this life in 2007 and that is still something I feel when I go to watch the team when they are somewhere down here in the South East.
 
Condolences to you and family. . Great he went out on a couple of wins. Well done for posting a photo too. Appreciate not everyone wants to , but So many Gentry I know by face but not by name so nice to be able to identify. Recognise your dad from many an away game over past 50 years. May he rest in peace and watch us see some glory from above.
 
RIP Bob, I didn't know you but you were proud Nobber which means a lot.

Sorry for your loss. I used to go with my dad until he died unexpectedly in 2011. Only started to go very regularly again when my son became interested a few years ago and we now have season tickets together.
It's hard mate, but you'll smile and think of him many times over the coming years. At Wembley (Swindon) I remember imagining my dad having the best seat in the house - lovely thought and I hope you get it as we are promoted to the Prem.
