Confirmed Daniel Jebbison Signed on Loan
This is a really good signing in my opinion.
Give him a chance and “let him cook” as the kids say and I think we’ll see him kick on with us this season.
Many good youngsters have one big season where they come into their own on loan at this level.
Welcome to Deepdale! Now, what’s his song?

I guess the positive is that Sheffield United offered him a 4 year deal which he rejected and Bournemouth gave him a 4 year deal and there is no obligation to buy. Clearly both these clubs see something in him.
Sometimes it just clicks at a certain club. Maybe we are the club tk get his career going.

A young striker with a point to prove coming to a club with a record of improving young strikers.
Fast and tall. Something we've lacked. Looks like he works hard. Hopefully we now have coaches with the intelligence to help him in areas he needs to work on.
I'd love him to surprise us.

I trust Hecky's judgement on a player he's worked with before, and like his comments :
“I’m looking forward to working with Jebbo again. I’ve watched him play since he was a teenager and he was great to coach at Sheffield United.
“He‘s someone I always pushed to keep improving during our time together. I’ve always believed in his ability and his potential.
“I know how good he can be and we’re looking to get the best out of him while he’s here working with us.”

Jebbo the HuttIs it Jebbo , Jebbie, or the boy Jebbison…
I don't know whether he has played in the championship before, perhaps this is the level for him. He isn't the first player to struggle for goals in the Prem and who knows, he may well find his feet with us. Here's hoping.
Feel like there’s something in “you get what you give” / New Radicals"Last night a DJ saved my life...when Hecky bored us all to death..." etc
“Jebb-i-son… he’s got the magic in him!”
Etc
Honestly think it’s possible. Has the attributes, sometimes it just clicks massively. Good roll of the dice by the club I think.Hope he turns out like Keinan Davis did. Flop flop flop, major Championship threat

I hope he does better than Davis. Davis had a decent half season at forest and that is his career. At the age of 27.Hope he turns out like Keinan Davis did. Flop flop flop, major Championship threat

He was very good at Watford too. Besides, it’s not an issue providing his good season is with us. Beyond that I don’t really care what direction his career takesI hope he does better than Davis. Davis had a decent half season at forest and that is his career. At the age of 27.

That's what I'm hoping...we need a decent replacement for Riis....this lad surely is a backup?Has pace, so already an upgrade on the vacant Stewart/Evans striker berth.
We still need a proper goalscorer, but no problem with Jebbison as an option.

I work with a Bournemouth fan. He says
"Still a raw talent who looks very ungainly and the opposition never know what he's going to do! Scored a few for us - mainly mishits and scuffs!
He definitely put everything into it when he has played for us so hopefully will do the same at Preston"
He also says he thinks Watford was not the right place for him last season.
Might click with us and certainly gives us the option of pace upfront maybe off the bench.

Not sure how to feel about this considering the thoughts of fans from Sheffield Utd and Bournemouth, but like all North End signings he'll get my full support in a PNE shirt. Hope this is a productive loan for you, Daniel!
The first time I saw this lad play about 2.5 years ago I thought he looked a great young prospect. Gives us pace, aggression and mobility. If he gets a few early goals to boost his confidence, he could do for PH, what Beckford did for SG. Could be a very influential signing.
