Looks as though Callum will still not be back for tomorrow night's match against the blades since his concussion at Peterborough!!!
It's been a couple of weeks since it happened and is worrying that it seems to be taking him quite a while to recover!!
Is anyone ITK as to why it still seems to be a problem?

I think he is sadly missed at left back and we desperately need him back soon.
🙁

As 'Club captain' his silence at the Ferguson appointment sums him and many others up.
From here on in They're either with us or against us.

I agree. I am sure I read somewhere (maybe the offish site or the post) that Callum had another injury not connected to the concussion:youl:

Before Saturday, DF was stating he'd spoken to Callum and he still felt shaken. Apparently, there's a mandatory 10 days out for a ko too!

He said: "He was knocked out so it's a mandatory 10 days that he will have to miss."

If the shirkers play as recently and we dont show Vs Lashers they should all bloody end up with concusion.
With us or against us?

Supposed to be two games out - surely he must be fit for tomorrow. One of the better defenders in this division when fit - i am probably one of his greatest supporters but even I have started to wonder if his fitness or lack of it is becoming a burden.

Thanks Pav , didn't realise there was a mandatory period he couldn't be involved.

Alan haven't you got a club to be sorting out. Anyway Alan u will want us to win tomorrow night, as we playing ur rivals.

I imagine Alan would rather us lose tomorrow night seeing as we're far closer to the drop zone than Sheffield United. No doubt Danny and Shaky will be hoping Blackpool win at Hillsborough though 🙄

There's always something wrong with him, sick boy, get rid of the shirking cunt

BBC Sport said:
Richard Chaplow (groin) and defender Callum Davidson (concussion) will be assessed before Preston manager Darren Ferguson names his team.
Matthew James could make his debut, after agreeing to join on loan from Manchester United, while Paul Parry remains sidelined with a knee problem.

@TonyK1, yeah - had no idea myself. I thought there was an informal period something like 3-5 days, 10 seems extreme!

Nope. The masses know what the problem is. The problem is players displaying a petulant attitude. They had it nice and easy under Irvine. Now it's time to cut the shit, the toys have come out of the pram.
Not sure what you lot are on with this petulance angle but I was at the Peterborough away match and Callum was in my opinion our best defender before he had to leave the field with concussion and prior to that left the field for stitches in the first half.

If that is not commitment to the cause then I don't know what is!!!
These stories about petulance are very tiresome and if true only apply to a few "bad apples" (to coin a popular Simpson phrase) and Callum will not be one of them. He is a true professional whether "injury prone" or not!!

Get over it and move on!!

As club captain why no statement of support resolve and pride. NOTHING.
15 games a season, an Irvine regime man who should be speaking out.
WITH US OR AGAINST US?

I wasn't talking about Davidson specifically. I was speaking generally. Nolan and Wallace instantly spring to mind.

I agree with you regarding Callum's performance at Peterborough. I thought he played well and in fact voted him my man of the match:gentry: I believe Callum to be a professional too.
