Frig off you plank , Ive watched the Nobbers for 30 + years , been at Aldershot etc etc and this club is being run worse than a Sunday League outfit , wake up and smell the roses , under Shaw and the board we are going NOWHERE other than more and more in debt , he has provided no investment , appointed crap managers , allowed contracts that are a joke , has left the club on the edge financially but oh lets just carry on with the same old crap
Lets put this another way. If the share's are reinstated and HMCR are paid, the share's shall be worthless. Confidence comes from the board, and that confidence is now at minus. I don't think that we are going to have a upsurge on share's due to this fiasgo, unless tactical plans are made.

Even if TH does get his cheque book out, and we are properly financed for a realistic and meaningful attempt on promotion, it is no guarantee of success - look at Cardiff today for an example. You need luck, good leadership at boardroom level, and a winners mentality (which has been absent from Deepdale for many years) to even have a chance.
Does anyone truly believe in their heart of hearts that PNE will ever win any sort of big game again (let alone a playoff final) with the losers mindset and negativity that has become so ingrained for so long?
you are the reason our club is in the position it is whilst both Burnley and Blackpool have hit the big time before us!
You stupid stupid bastards.
Least Dereks running the club well eh!
Also fuck off surf (dereks gob piece) little club my ass. Let's just be thankful we are in the ccc eh you muppet
I have stuck up for Derek for the last 3 years, whilst people have been slagging him off. However now, due to what has today and Burnley last year, as well as the predicament that we are in financially, it is time to step down Derek for the good of the club and yourself.
Steve Surf can also nob off with Derek the clown. He thinks he knows everything about North End financial wise, waxes lyrical about the squad and is just a complete and utter arse.
Please please jog on you two!!!

Burnley in the mickey mouse cup
Wycombe @ Wembley
Sheff Wed in the cup
Everton, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea, M'Boro, City (?) in various cups in recent years.
Bolton & West Ham in the PO Final
Gillingham, Leeds, Port Vale, Sheff Utd in PO semis.
The only exceptions...
Brum away last season... Brum in the PO semi.
Derby in the PO semi.
Wigan & Man City away in the league in recent years.
Just a very quick 'download' of recent big matches in my memory...
I wonder if Bryan Gray fancies a return to Deepdales corridors of power?? He steadied the club before, made every operation at the club fiscally accountable and cost effective and moved the club forward. He balanced the accounts effectively, improved the team and stadium and did all of this on a shoestring budget, with lower crowds and less income from the league than we have now.
The club has been treading water for 10 years and the cash is draining out of the club like a sieve. We are obviously fiscally irresponsible to be in the position we are now.
If PNE don't implement a strict financial budget and fail to overhaul the club's operations to make it cost effective, we will be in serious trouble this season and DS's parting shot will be manning the lifeboats.
I didn't hear any cries that the Lashers were in any financial trouble this season - maybe we should be asking what they are doing to succeed - with lower crowds, a half finished stadium and limited investment, yet they're streets ahead of us in terms of success. Continually poor decisions from the Boardroom and Management have led to PNE's demise and it makes me sick to my stomach.

have you forgotten that he fucked off when he couldn't balance the books at Deepdale because of overspending due to the ITV digital deal, and took BAXI from £500m to bust in 12 months?

For one thing, their highest earner (Adam, I assume) is on £6k a year...and they are all on £90 a week during the close season to help cash flow.

I quite agree. After all, when you want shelves, there's no better man, so why anyone would think he can't run a football club is beyond me.

Maybe so, but 9 times out of 10 that kid is in the right and that kid is standing his ground. Seriously this is the worst season ever in Football for me. Irvine, then Fergie, the Players, whilst Burnley enjoy their season in the big time and Now Blackpool. Whats worse, they are set for life.
What?, set like bradford or luton.

The Football League negotiated the digital deal and screwed up big time by not securing any firm guarantees on the contract that ranged between 240 and 315 million quid over three years. Ineptitude on a massive scale. Every Football league club was shafted.
What happened at Baxi is a separate issue altogether.

I think issuing death threats against his friends is going too far.
I'm not a mod - I don't swear enough.
So I'm going to give you a citizen's infraction.
BR = +1 infraction point.
There.
