Mikey o’neil who plenty of fans thought was the next big thing is now playing in the national league north.

He did but if I remember rightly he was torn a new one when he played against shef united. And in 2016 when he signed a new contract fans were adamant he wasn’t good enough.
It was only after a few loans and a change of position where he developed and become a very good player. Mikey O’Neil looked like he had something about him a few years ago and is now playing in the sixth division of the football pyramid. To develop players need plenty of game time somewhere else.

He'd be getting loaned to that level anyway, but it's a pretty brave step to decide to drop down and try to build his way back up... Doing very well there too by all accounts.
Would 100% have rather given him the squad place ahead of Ben Woodburn last year but apparently he'd burned his bridges with our former manager anyway so it's a bit of a moot point.
Are we good at anything nowadays! It's a complete mess and we have absolutely nothing to look forward to unless a takeover takes place. Have no motivation to attend today and winning, drawing or losing has no impact on me anymore. This is what the current regime, PR has done to our club.

Same here my friend, I have nothing pushing me to sit in that lifeless stadium today. Cornell lining up in goal then Whiteman, the invisible man captaining the team, all our transfer budget sat on the bench without even coming on because they're not good enough.
Listening to the away fans constantly singing "is this a library?" They're not wrong are they! Shit football club.
Totally understand how you feel. Thinking hard whether to give my ST away. Seriously speaking why am I coming all the way from Manchester and waste half the day when the owners, PR, and some of the players don't care. Cornell in nets for 3 games give me a break!

Interesting that Brig signed a lasher to play last Saturday instead of just using Davis as an "emergency". Suggests that Pradic is having another loan move in January set up, possibly to the National League South as he's from London and left home at 16 so doesn't get many opportunities to go home to his family during the season.
Question is, does Pradic play for Brig in December? Woodman's red card could mean a month of purely being a training keeper for Pradic.

When a new season is about to start, all the fans are excited and hoping their club do well hoping that finally this year could be the year. When I buy a season ticket, I don't have any intentions to give it away but when your team are struggling and you are fed lies by the owners about strengthening the team and it doesn't happen, you feel let down.
It is demoralising when your team are struggling near the bottom of the table and for me, I find it difficult to motivate myself to spend time travelling knowing we are not going to do well. I'd rather watch it on TV. As for my support, I have already given it by buying a ST.
So it's not that I plan it intentioanlly every season to give it away but if I can't be going on, then I'd rather have some fellow PNE making a use out of it.

The last time I felt excited for a season was the 17/18 season thinking what a manager like Alex Neil could do with the season.
I bought a season ticket when Hecky joined - not because I was excited but because I was pleased that Lowe had gone.
I don't get people who 'give' season tickets away half way through the season. When I buy a season ticket I know what I signed up for. I won't be getting one next season after Hemmings latest gaffe.
I'm not questioning your support. What people do with their time and money is up to them. If people chose not to buy a season ticket fair play. What I am questioning is why buy a season ticket and then just three months later go 'who wants my season ticket.' Surely after five years of doing this it would be much easier to just not buy a season ticket.
It's not 5 years though only last year and I am debating about this season. I don't live in Preston. Besides I don't understand why you are targeting myself because alot of fans on here have season tickets and they themselves sometimes don't bother to go down. I am actually helping anyone who wants a free ST instead of leaving the seat empty 😊
