Confirmed Harrison Armstrong joins on loan from Everton.

We can't be sitting around 'hoping' he might be allowed to come back at the end of Jan. Get him replaced with another prem loan and move on.

Moyes will spend some cash and ultimately he'll end up in the reserves. Fuck Everton and fuck Moyes. However good luck to Harrison with what no doubt will be a great career.

I've been mulling this over for a few days / weeks. Moyes is obviously entitled to recall his player, but the constant to-ing and fro-ing hasn't helped anyone. One minute we're told Armstrong will be at Deepdale for the season, the next there are vague hints about a recall. It's all a bit weird. And it feels a bit disrespectful to PNE fans who've spent the last 30-odd years holding Moyes in very high esteem.

Why not just be straight and put everyone out of their misery?

That said, PNE aren't completely blameless either (as usual). Clubs don't have to tell supporters everything - injuries especially - but a bit more transparency wouldn't go amiss. At the moment it feels like everyone's speaking in riddles for no real reason, and that's been the case for quite some time now.

For me too, it's simple: stop waiting, stop guessing, stop being behest to others; move on and creative your own narrative.

Not really sure there has been any official statements from anyone and it is all just fan speculation at the moment and has been all season.

At the end of the day Moyes is the Everton manager so his priority is them and if that means Armstrong going back and featuring in a few games while short he will do that even if that is detrimental to PNE who Moyes still watches and probably has a soft spot for still won’t come into the equation when making a decision

It probably hasn’t helped Armstrong either with the uncertainty of what is happening …..

End of the day DM didn’t know his squad would be cut short, especially in the midfield area when Armstrong was initially allowed to come to us for the season and DM was very happy to help us out and for Armstrong to get a season of playing for us in the Championship.

However, these things happen and he has to put his club, Everton, first. Just think if the roles were reversed, we would expect PH to bring back one of our players who could possibly help us out. I don’t see how anyone can blame DM, I’m sure that he would rather Armstrong stayed the full season with us but we all knew it was a possibility especially during January and he may yet be rejoining us at end of the month. I just hope he does himself and us proud.

I've thought this from the initial rumours of Armstrong being recalled.
